ValidKernel provides deterministic trust infrastructure for enterprise AI governance. Services include the LDS Boundary System, RuleBind policy enforcement, and StrictRun runtime validation.
Services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Users may not attempt to bypass validation policies, tamper with audit logs, or use services for unlawful purposes.
ValidKernel provides deterministic validation with documented latency specifications. Validation results are reproducible for audit purposes. Service availability targets are specified in enterprise agreements.
The LDS Format Specification is copyrighted. The "LDS" and "VTI Certified LDS" marks are pending trademark registration. The .lds file extension remains open and functional.
ValidKernel provides infrastructure services as documented. Users are responsible for policy definitions and business logic. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
